Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Utilize buffing machines to polish and maintain floor surfaces
- Provide commercial cleaning services for designated areas
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks as needed
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean and sanitized
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications:
- Experience in custodial or environmental services preferred
- Proficiency in buffing and floor maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform carpet cleaning tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment
- Willingness to work in a team environment
